  • The bigotry is disappointing

The third Aliyah episode where she keeps referring to all Arabs as “the enemy” and tells people to “be suspicious of them” is incredibly disappointing. She, and others who think like her, are the reason why we Jews are so hated around the world. And the irony is she doesn’t realize she’s the exact same kind of bigot she paints all Arab to be. I can’t imagine proudly referring to “all Arabs” as “primitive” and thinking you’re in the right. God help this woman and her children.

I appreciate your bravery, clarity and conviction. I am definitely not a fan of Trump (the man) but you gave me a lot of calm, respectful food for thought. What you are doing is so needed. Just to respect and listen to each other. I feel you and I’m proud of you.

Q: Can you tell us a little bit more about how you accidentally got into this work now that we've gotten through the first question?
I fell into crisis management by accident after seeing a need in my community for mental health awareness and support for young people. I wanted to help after witnessing many teens struggle with suicidal thoughts.
