Having listened to all of the episodes I think what these two gentlemen are doing is great. This will help with communicating to the rest of the career field on a forum that is commonly used today. The one with Chief Lamb and MSgt Barlow are great ones to listen to and I would highly recommend so that you get hooked. Keep on pressing with this guys!
