I recently started listening to this podcast and I am blown away by the talent featured on this show. The host does a fantastic job framing fanfiction as legitimate works of literature. Each episode begins with a short excerpt of a work of fanfiction, which immediately reveals the creativity and talent of the guest writers. I love her enthusiasm, but the presenter tends to talk too much and to repeat things ad infinitum. The interviewee will say something, then the presenter will rephrase it, then rephrase it AGAIN so now we’ve heard what was said three times. Once will do. It’s annoying enough that I’ve given up after three episodes.
ChaosBlue is gifting us with a serious, professional podcast, and an awesome platform for authors to talk about work that has so long been marginalized. She is a wonderful interviewer, and I can’t wait to hear more from her! I also like that the content is not fandom specific, so the mix is eclectic
