  • A masterpiece

Episode 350 is an absolute MASTERPIECE, applicable not only to Canada but surely to the most of European countries including mine. Make your choices accordingly!

In 2026 I have to amend my review. The content is still interesting but unfortunately I have a hard time understanding the new co-host who speaks like a machine-gun and has a horrible accent

  • Brain cells are exponentially lost listening to him

Mikkel is latching on to MAGA and racist agendas to sell his services and books. He wants to rile you up in order to rage bait people into desperation shopping.

  • TOO POLITICAL

Mikkel is a likable underdog type archetype who you really want to root for until he runs his mouth about politics. For someone not from America, Mikkel is very opinionated about American politics and supports 100% Trump as the answer to America’s problems. If you like to hear a foreigner bash Canada and America, then this is your podcast.

405: An Escape Plan, While You Can: Safe Havens In A World At War
Q: First of all, I don't want people to listen to this episode and say, well, why are we talking about the geopolitics of war on a podcast about being an expat?
We're discussing how geopolitical developments directly affect expat safety, relocation options, and financial planning, because understanding these dynamics helps listeners make informed, risk-aware decisions about where to live and how to protect family and assets.

Q: Can the shared door be installed if both owners agree even though owned separately?
The plan is to avoid shared structures that complicate ownership; most likely such an arrangement would not be implemented due to ownership structure and community rules.
