A thought provoking way to look at diversity form an industry insider. Reggie brings new perspectives to conventional ways of examining inclusion. You don’t have to be in HR to appreciate these fresh observations. Stay tuned, something tells me he’s just getting started.
The discussion about diversity has been goin on for decades. It is refreshing to hear someone speak in a more prescriptive tone. Mr. Clark is self-assured in his tone and conviction that diversity is happenstance; and inclusion is the real game-changer.
