  • Used to be a decent podcast

Season 4 has very little useful practical information. I liked hearing people talk about specifics on how they brought value to business through data. No longer is at the discussion very disappointing.

Season 4 Ep 26: Tara O'Kane
Q: How do you pair mentees with mentors and what are the goals?

Q: What inspired you to start the AWS She Builds mentorship program?
Tara explains it grew from personal observation of gender gaps in senior tech roles and from AWS colleagues seeking mentoring about cloud careers; the program externalizes mentees while mentors come from AWS to scale knowledge sharing beyond the company.
Season 4 Ep 25: Kalina Tomova
Q: For those who don't know you, can you share a quick background tour of who you are, what you do, and where you come from?
Kalina shares that she founded WomenWise to advance women, especially in tech and underrepresented sectors, and collaborates with The In Group to support diverse talent through mentoring, content, and events.

Be yourself, stay curious, and don't fear failure; actively seek opportunities to speak up and own your ideas, while building internal sponsors and mentors to support your career
