  • James T is a great host with a good variety of guests for short but concise interviews on both local and national issues. What I find to be detrimental to the show is Producer Aaron. Aaron's high pitched falsetto voice that is constantly interrupting the host is worse than fingernails on a chalkboard. During the week of Sept. 29-Oct. 3 while Aaron was on vacation, James interacted very well with his other producer Mucho. Mucho was calm and measured in his conversations with James and didn't cons... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Interview - Danny Seiden
Q: What reasons were given for the veto and what do you believe is the real motivation behind it?
The stated reasons were that implementing the proposed transparency rules at the local level would be too difficult, but the guest argues the deeper motivation is to shield opponents from scrutiny and preserve a favorable business climate by keeping influence opaque.
It's deadline day for Iran. Will Trump unleash hell?
Q: Congressman, how difficult is a rescue like this inside Iran really?
The congressman explains there are vast desert regions, limited ground assets, and significant risk to personnel; intelligence work is critical, and decisive action hinges on precise coordination and overwhelming capability to keep Americans safe.
Interview - Sergio Arellano
Q: Sergio, welcome. Let's start with the fundamental question. Would you be willing, sir, to eat a taco in public on camera?
Sergio responds with skepticism about the stunt, suggesting the focus should be on real policy and governance rather than staged publicity, while indicating willingness to discuss the authenticity and impact of such public displays.
Dem Playbook - Complain Loudly, No Kings Nonsense, Walz' Pledge, Van Hollen Lies, GOP on Recess, Hobb's on Gas, Hakeem's Vegas Vacation, & More
Q: What is your assessment of the No Kings rallies as grassroots versus AstroTurf?
The hosts argue that while there are genuine participants, there is significant AstroTurf involvement with a large budget and coordinated orgs, suggesting a manufactured element rather than purely spontaneous grassroots energy.
Interview - Senator Ron Johnson on Filibuster
Q: What is your view on ending the filibuster to pass DHS funding and border security measures?
The senator argues that there is a need to debate ending the filibuster to allow essential funding and reforms to pass, pointing to national security and border concerns, while acknowledging some Republican reluctance and the political risk of taking a tough vote.
