I started this episode, but got caught off. Unlike other podcasts, I couldn’t wait to return and listen to the rest of the episode. The content was up to date, concise, and intriguing. I was excited to listen to the next episode and I’m eagerly awaiting for Liz to revisit the topics that came up during her interview with Dr. Victoria Holroyd.
Wow. Right from the start, Elizabeth makes it easy to connect with her. Her willingness to make herself vulnerable puts us at ease to take in the evidence-based advice she has to offer. I’ve already learned a lot from her and can’t wait to hear more!

No matter how long you’ve been married or the state you find your marriage in, good advice is always worth hearing. Elizabeth does a wonderful job of illustrating her points. I do believe your main reference may be from Doug the dog in the Disney movie UP.
