What I find interesting about this show is that it affords a look into a subculture, not as outsiders see it but as insiders choose to portray themselves. For example, while others might call them "conspiracy theorists", those on the show seem to prefer to call themselves "researchers." This is a show by and for such researchers. While I don't personally endorse any of the opinions espoused, I do appreciate the opportunity to encounter a different perspective.
