The show is no longer what it used to be. Dave is really starting to spiral into madness on this topic of “pot is killing cigars” and as evidenced by this last episode, he will take any stat or statement and misconstrue it to fit his narrative. When someone is able to bring up a rational rebuttal (on any topic) that’s usually the point where he just ignores them and quickly changes the subject because he knows they’re right. I have listened to hundreds of shows over the years. The host is starting to recycle content over and over, and the only thing fresh are the live interviews. And it gets old listening to the host complain about how much he works to put on his annual cigar event — especially because the guy makes millions — and sells more cigars than any retailer in the US.
