This podcast series is excellent and so reassuring, Iād recommend it to any new parents. The advice has been really helpful (and just makes sense). Weāve started working on some of the suggestions and itās already going really well. Thank you so much!
Kerry is amazing! The episodes are the perfect length but still super informative. Such a great, non judgemental approach.
Iāve been listening for 4 years!!!
After so many tears and stressing around bed time and baby sleep I wish I had found this amazing podcast months ago. The reassurance that not every baby fits the boxes you often read about online is so refreshing and I really feel the tweaks are starting to make an improvement to my babyās sleep! Thank you!
A lot of good tips and great to hear something that doesnāt go down the standard sleep training route. However, the delivery is VERY repetitive and the podcast takes a long time to just give a few simple tips which makes it hard to listen to. Would be even better if it was cut in half.
I found this having read/listened to all sorts of advice and information in the middle of the night.
What a relief! Only just putting advice into practice but I already feel much more reassured and confident in what weāre doing. Thank you
I listened to episode 1 of this podcast after what felt like the millionth night of very broken sleep. As my little one screamed I cried to my husband that this was all my fault, I was doing it all wrong. As a feed my baby for the third, fourth, fifth time I felt like I had given in and was just strengthening this rod I was making for my back. This podcast comforted my every tear stained worry and reassured me that I was in fact not doing it all wrong. Only a few episodes in now and I have so ga... more
I had been questioning my parenting method; during lockdown getting messages from my other mummy friends about how well their baby is doing with sleep training, and wondering at what point I need to start, Instagram popped up with a suggested post from Kerry, and I am so grateful!
If you only listen to one episode, make sure itās episode 2 with Maria from milk making mumma!
We are reaching the point of desperation with my little ones sleep. Iāve followed Kerry for a while on Instagram and have always found her approach very practical and caring so decided to buy her courses and spend some time listening to the podcasts. We are feeling much better equipped to tackle his sleep.
Thanks so much Kerry, your approach is so refreshing and we are very grateful.
A super listen in the middle of the night, making me feel better that weāre doing the best we can do at this early stage and to take the pressure off ourselves! Thank you!
About to transition bub (more toddler than bub :( ) to his big boy bed and up pops an episode about this exact topic. I have completed the bedtime boundaries course and did a follow up call with Kerry for some extra support. All mothers need support from someone like Kerry: caring, consistent and kind!
I first heard about Kerry through the positive birth company and read and listened to some of her work while I was pregnant. It was so reassuring once the baby was born to know that I could just follow my instincts, respond when she cried and have lovely cuddle-contact naps when she needed. At 12 weeks sheās a pretty good sleeper, but the knowledge Iāve gained through Kerryās podcasts, newsletters and IG posts have been so important in helping my understand any blips. I know if at any point I fi... more
Iām so relieved to have found this podcast. Itās such a breath of fresh air to hear that Iām not āmaking a rod for my backā and that I donāt need to sleep train with tears my little one. This kind and caring approach is completely my bag. Iām off to get the ecourse and hoping to have a good nights sleep too! Kerry youāre amazing
This is such a great listen. It is clear, concise, non-judgmental, interesting and packed with lots of tips. Highly recommend!
š Iām so pleased I found this podcast! Kerry is amazing!
š¤ Babies sleep is such a controversial topic.
āāIs she sleeping through yet?ā Or a variation of this is the first question I get asked when I speak to friends and family.
š¤ I was beginning to wonder if I was doing it all wrong. Maybe I should give in and try a form if controlled crying, as thatās what everyone proclaims is the only way to get a baby to sleep. BUT then I found this podcast and Kerry!
š¤ Itās like having a reassuring f... more
