In August 2019, my life changed overnight. I went from a healthy, active, goal-oriented person in a career I loved to so sick I could barely get from the bed to the sofa, so fatigued that I had to nap after a shower. i think a lot of this material should be a standard part of education so that teens and young adults can establish good habits of understanding their needs and limits and how to live sustainably for their health. definitely those of us who struggle with the basic functions of living: this podcast puts some control back in our hands. thank you emily and team!
