  • Very Insightful

Been tuning in to Earl's podcast for a little while now and his episode with Scott Drake where they discussed about the 9 Jobs of Leadership which include building trust and building relationships is one of my favorites. It was informative and the discussion was on point and I just simply love topics around leadership which the podcast is generally about.

  • The Burden of Command or The Duty of Care

Among dozens of podcasts I've listened to, The Burden of Command is one of my favorites. Its coherence, theoretical approach, as well as the historical, almost sociological, and even empirical references that Earl and his guests offer make this show absolutely worth the time, perfect for various types of audiences. more
