For about a year I’ve been consistently listening to an nba podcast about a team that won 17 games last year, which sounds crazy when I type it out. These dudes love basketball. The fan/reporter dynamic works well thanks to their mutual respect and chemistry

As a diehard pistons fan I have been following James work at the athletic for a while and have been a big fan. When I first found the podcast about 7 months ago I wasn’t quite sure who Nick was or have any opinion of him. He seemed knowledgeable about the game for a while than would sound like a lunatic talking about how awesome James Weismann was. After about an episode and a half I realized he is knowledgeable about the game but completely emotional and fanatical about the Pistons. Which I can... more
