Andy’s podcasts either on his own (interview advice really good) or with guests are top notch! Well balanced advice with guests offering advice ranging from ill health retirement to starting a franchise show that there is life outside the job. Either mid service, ill health or something after retirement there are plenty of opportunities and options. Well worth a listen and highly recommended.
A really excellent podcast that has a range of topics, perspectives and purposes to provide useful insights and support to anyone leaving the police service, through retirement or resignation, and going in to all sorts of next careers.
I started listening to Andy’s podcasts to find ideas on how to leave the police, and instill confidence about ‘life on the outside’. Having now successfully transitioned out of the police, I eagerly look forward to each new upload because I still learn something new from each episode which helps us all recognise how valuable our skills and experience are, which aren’t always recognised within ‘the job!’

Andy’s podcast has opened my eyes to the fact that there is a whole other world of employment out there and that I will be successful gaining ... more
