It was really hard to believe that this was improv. The characters and the dialogue just flowed. The character development was excellent. It reminded me of the humor in Waiting for Guffman, which was a classic, which I always enjoyed. The characters really played off of each other seamlessly. And more importantly, it was funny, really funny.
