The time spent listening, is time well spent.

As someone with severe anxiety and an intense love for fingerboarding, this is hands down the greatest way to come back down to earth and get to feel fingerboarding, when I can’t fingerboard🫶🏼

Thanks for your hard work and I am always wishing you the best, Chris🫶🏼

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

The LC Boards Interview
Q: What has been the most challenging part of scaling LC Boards while still in school, and how did you overcome it?
Initially, manufacturing was done in-house with basic tools leading to bottlenecks; outsourcing to a manufacturer allowed higher quantity and better quality, enabling growth while juggling school commitments.
The LC Boards Interview
Q: What keeps you motivated to produce consistent content and run the business simultaneously?
Personally, fingerboarding is a passion; consistency comes from enjoying the craft, building new spots, attending events, and leveraging content to showcase the brand, which keeps the momentum going.
The LC Boards Interview
Q: How did LC Boards start and what was the moment you decided to formalize it as a brand?
The brand began in a high school/garage setting with a laser engraver and a local circle of friends; the name LC stood for Liam and Chris, and the decision to formalize came as they transitioned from hobby to producing for a broader audience, aided by a social media presence and community demand.
The Ůreth Interview
Q: How did fingerboarding become a direct correlation to your wheels and brand?
Fingerboarding became a natural extension after I immersed in the local Arizona scene; it filled the void when skating injuries reduced real-life skating, and the process of creating wheels became a way to reconnect with that passion and craft.
The Dungeon Crawl (@Mannygfb) Interview P2
Q: How do you keep Dungeon Crawl feeling unique and not just like every other brand?
He attributes brand differentiation to a consistent medieval fantasy theme, deliberate graphic direction, and a willingness to lean into a signature aesthetic even when tempted to branch out.
