This is my first time listening to a podcast and this is terrible… not even talking about the subject, getting the podcast set up and nothing important
Terrible terrible not listening to another

Listening to this podcast has helped me so much. I'd highly suggest it to anyone who is thinking about quitting a benzodiazepine or who is having a rough time afterward.
Thank you for making this podcast. It validates what I went through coming off of Klonopin. I had soooo many PCP doctors tell me my withdrawal symptoms were just in my head. It’s also helpful for my spouse who is about to embark on his own journey to kick Ativan. Keep up the good work!
D is an absolute treasure. You sensitivity and compassion have provided me with the support I need while working through the withdrawals associated with Benzo recovery. I’m still working through your vast amount of episodes. I dread the day that I’m fully caught up and have to wait for new episodes.
