The most fact-based and grounded podcast about our beloved Kings
Want a fan relatable pod? This is it. Their banter is engaging. You can tell they’ve been friends, and fans of Kings Hockey for a while. They won’t break any news, but they’ll give you their reaction to the news. They can even skew my point of view of players (sometimes).
Love the show, great podcast for any Kings fan or hockey fan in general. Keep it up!
I’m not sure if I’m just a cynical person, but a lot of other Kings pods, particularly the ones sponsored and ran by the team itself, are so frustratingly positive and mundane. The Bannermen feels like I’m sitting in a room listening to two long time Kings fans chat about the team, ugly bits and all. It just feels more honest and is always so entertaining. Love the podcast, thank you guys.
Varty and Karo are life long Kings fans and a very entertaining listen. If you’re a Kings’ fan, you gotta listen.

A veteran-voiced, LA Kings–focused show that blends deep team knowledge with candid banter. Episodes routinely zero in on coaching changes, front-office moves, and roster reshaping, often weighing the impact of trades, cap space, and development on the team's trajectory. The hosts balance technical insight with on-the-ground fan sentiment, peppering analysis with history, anecdotes, and lively debate, making it appealing to serious hockey nerds and longtime Kings fans alike.
