One of my favorite podcasts!
Very insightful. it’s because of that thing that I ran my first marathon and I owe my health to him.
Ricky Singh has made a podcast that has changed my life with factual information as well as regular nutrition and dietary facts that can make you a healthier person just by listening to it. I really like his Coke versus Diet Coke episode which has changed which kind of Coke I have drank after listening to his podcast. I would recommend listening to a podcast and giving him a good review. Thank you for creating episodes and hope to see more in the future!
