日本人向けのネイティブスピーカーのポッドキャストは、英語は易しく、かつ日本語訳を随所に入れ、内容も「日本はここがスゴイ」みたいなものばかり。
このポッドキャストは違う。アメリカ英語でガンガン話す。スピードも速いし、語彙も幅広い。日本のきらいなところははっきり「きらい」と言い切るところも痛快。もちろん、アメリカ人だからこそ感じる日本の良さについても話してくれる。
とにかく聴いていて飽きない。

仲の良い人と会話してる雰囲気が心地良いです。聴きやすい英語で、自分にとっては1.2倍速が丁度良い再生速度です。
自分は7才から約6年間オハイオ州に住んでて、日本に本帰国後25年以上経ってもまだ時々カルチャーショックを感じます。
お2人の会話に「うんうん」「分かるー！」と共感できたり、現在のアメリカの事情や、在日の外国の方々の視点から様々な事を学べるのが嬉しいです。
最近見つけて聴き始めたので、最新回を聴いたら過去回も遡って聴いてます。
