I love the title of this podcast but I wish the focus would stay on the guest.
I think this podcast brings to light the human side of comedy. There is a universality in the fear of failure and something equally comforting in hearing other people’s tales of getting through it. It makes you realize that failure is not permanent, not eternal. Life goes on. Also the guests are comedians, so it’s funny.
Dan’s Podcast is awesome. It has useful information that can help you in you comedy career. The things that you learn are invaluable for both established and aspiring comedians. I even had two clients call me when I was in the hospital and book 2 shows. These 2 separate clients booked me because they found my EPK online. I had never had any contact with them before. I was got shows booked with zero effort from me and it was all because of what I learned on Dan’s podcast.
This podcast was in my top 10 of 2020. Funny and informative. Plus it drew my attention to the drybar app. I’m a big standup fan, so this is perfect for me!
