I found this program about three weeks ago and have been catching up on older episodes by listening to 2 or 3 a night. I work evenings and usually listen when I get home late and need to wind down. It helps me feel better about hard things that may have happened throughout the day or tough emotions that I’m trying to deal with. In general it just really helps me feel better about the whole world and I will definitely keep listening. Thank you! I hope to meet you someday Magdala!
