But players really need to listen to her and stop talking over her.
Story is fine. Audio is so bad I can't stand to listen anymore
Good on ya, putting yourself out there.
But between the whole group using the same mic and only being able to hear the GM with any kind of consistency, and then the chewing on mic. Ugh.
I want to like it, cause the game and story is fun. So I’m hoping for a third season!
I don’t write many reviews, but I had to for this one. Listening to CotG episode 2 at the height of the tension…
GM: (innocently) do you want to make an observation roll?
Player: (emphatically) I do NOT want to make an observation roll!
I laughed so hard!! We’ll played Game Mother. We’ll played.
Listened to the first 2 episodes only so far
The good:
Good story, clear explanations of what’s going on and rules, players and do have good connection
The bad:
Sound quality is not great DM is much louder than rest of players, sound effects are very hard to hear and limited editing lots of extraneous sounds (from food, looking though books etc) and dead spots while rules of looked up
