As a realtor I’m always looking for ways to fill the housing gap by creating flexible and affordable housing while encouraging people to build wealth through property ownership. ADUs are an important piece to that puzzle and Kol has his finger on the pulse of this growing movement. He’s entertaining and whip-smart.
Kol Peterson put on my favorite event of any kind ever (and I saw Billy Idol in concert when I was 15 ;-). The ADU Tours in Portland. I built my own ADU after attending. Here again he and his team have created another great ADU offering. These are substantive, fun episodes for anyone interested in this flexible housing form. Subscribe, listen and get bitten by the ADU bug.
Very informative, especially since laws are changing all of the time.
