I often feel like Iām not doing enough or like Iām behind, thank you so much Abby for being real and sharing your feelings and personal experiences. I love how fun of a vibe this pod is and how you guys are always real!
I loooooove listening to your podcast every week!! Abby, I relate so much to you. We both love so many of the same things; Jesus, singing and performing, and running. I have struggled with being in a place of an unhealthy relationship to food and my body and your perspectives and beliefs whenever you speak on the topic are soooo beautiful and appreciated. Abby, thank you for creating this podcast!! Thatās Life has been such a gift to me! Your episodes have encouraged me through some of my hardest seasons, esp while navigating recovery from an eating disorder. Youāve pointed me back to Jesus and your words have been a reminder that my identity is found in Him, not in my struggles!!!!
As Iām preparing to move to Florida, your podcast has also been such an encouragementš«¶

As a Christian who has struggled with anxiety, I highly recommend getting a therapist. Sometimes well-meaning advice (such as an over emphasis on changing your mindset) can actually be detrimental to your mental health. I appreciate you sharing and I am rooting for you and I think a trained individual could meet you where youāre at. You are a light :) keep going.
Truly this is the best podcast! Abby is so encouraging, spreads the light of Christ, and is so real. Itās also so fun when Ryan joins! Thanks for making such a fun podcast for us to listen to!!
