I loooooove listening to your podcast every week!! Abby, I relate so much to you. We both love so many of the same things; Jesus, singing and performing, and running. I have struggled with being in a place of an unhealthy relationship to food and my body and your perspectives and beliefs whenever you speak on the topic are soooo beautiful and appreciated. You give me so much hope and inspiration!! I truly cannot tell you how grateful I am for you. I frequently find myself hoping that someday I w... more
Abby, thank you for creating this podcast!! That’s Life has been such a gift to me! Your episodes have encouraged me through some of my hardest seasons, esp while navigating recovery from an eating disorder. You’ve pointed me back to Jesus and your words have been a reminder that my identity is found in Him, not in my struggles!!!!
As I’m preparing to move to Florida, your podcast has also been such an encouragement🫶

As a Christian who has struggled with anxiety, I highly recommend getting a therapist. Sometimes well-meaning advice (such as an over emphasis on changing your mindset) can actually be detrimental to your mental health. I appreciate you sharing and I am rooting for you and I think a trained individual could meet you where you’re at. You are a light :) keep going.
Truly this is the best podcast! Abby is so encouraging, spreads the light of Christ, and is so real. It’s also so fun when Ryan joins! Thanks for making such a fun podcast for us to listen to!!
I love listening to this while I work! I’ve been trying to honor God with what I listen to and watch everyday, and this is a great casual podcast to have in my lineup. Thanks Abby!
