35年前からこの日を見据えてきた私が、あえて「身を引く」覚悟を語ります。神道界では若手とされる60代ですが、時代の変化に取り残されず若い芽を育てるためには、責任を与えてバトンタッチすることが不可欠です。後継者不足の現状を「自分たちが巻いた種」と厳しく見つめ、次世代に「食べられる土台」と生き様を見せる重要性を説きます。
