  • A must-listen for anybody teaching or thinking of teaching

Tucker and Upali are humorous and insightful. The podcast is genuinely fun to listen to, while at the same time getting into really valuable and genuine discussions around how to navigate the challenges and joys of teaching meditation.

There was a real niche that needed to be filled, with hundreds (thousands?) of podcasts on meditation, but none on teaching it effectively and appropriately. Tucker and Upali are perfectly placed to fill the niche, and their lineup of guests is fantastic!
