I just recently discovered this podcast and while I started just picking a few interesting sounding episodes, I quickly realized I wanted to start at the beginning and listen to them all in order. I’ve listened to 20+ now and I am learning so much. I have always been interested in how the brain works and she just makes it so informative and engaging at the same time. I think this podcast is great for everyone- I have learned more things to apply to my own life than to my students!
My go to podcast for my daily walks. So informative with practical tips. Sarah is so engaging! She always lifts my mood. I wish I could listen to her all day! 💜
I love Sarah’s podcast, she is so clear and what she says is so powerful. A must, you need to listen to this podcast. It reveals lots of insights and transformative information
I started listening because Sarah is a friend. I’m not a teacher & I don’t have any children (yet), so I thought I would just listen to a few episodes & share on my social media to encourage her & spread the word. But I’m seriously hooked!! Sarah shares great information for teachers & parents when teaching the little brains in their care, but she also gives great information that I can use to improve my mindset in my own life.
Listen — and then tell all your friends, too!
I love the way Sarah explains the process of our thinking structire and how it is actually possible to untangle the way we think. And i like that she shares her references, i can then dig deeper when i need. Thank you sarah!
I have been thoroughly enjoying Sarah’s podcasts. Easy listening with lots of scholarly content as well as useful tips for teachers and anyone looking to be their “best self”. I highly recommend this series!
@Gratitude
Love that you are bringing brain science into the mix. So important that anyone involved in educating children knows how powerful it is to use how our brains are wired to get us all learning at a higher level. Thanks for making it so accessible Sarah.
I especially loved the episode on choosing your thoughts. So important to remember the power of positive thinking!
I learn so much when I listen to this podcast. I can’t wait to teach it to my little ones. It is very valuable information for them to learn (and for me too)! Sarah’s passion for neuroscience, and how to apply it to the learning process, is immediately obvious and it makes it really easy to learn from her. I can’t wait to hear more episodes!
This is some really cool and very interesting stuff. Wish I had learned this in school!
