人は年齢によってどのように幸福度が変化していくのでしょうか？ 世界各国の調査によって共通して見られるのが、人生の幸福度がU字型を描くという現象。20代の若者期には比較的幸福感が高く、30代〜40代にかけて落ち込み、50代以降に再び上昇していく傾向が見られます。このカーブは文化や所得にかかわらず多くの国で共通しており、「中年の危機（ミッドライフ・クライシス）」という言葉ともリンクしています。なぜ中年期に幸福度が下がり、シニア期に再び上がるのか。人生を通しての幸福感の変化について考えてみました。

一番初めに聴いたエピソードはインドカレー屋が潰れない理由の回です🍛自分が仕事柄インドと縁が深いのでインドに関するエピソードを検索して片っ端から聴いていたら辿り着きました。ちなみに同年代の39歳です。
