Great podcast even though it seems like no new episodes are being released. Excellent level of detail, especially from Nesbit who is an encyclopaedia. Downsides include the boring beer drinking routine, which I skip, and Josh is strangely naive sometimes about fairly pedestrian elements of metal history/never reads books and proud of it etc. Overall though, podcast still deserves five stars and is always entertaining.

I was a fan of Maiden when growing up in the eighties. After No Prayer for the Dying I checked out, though I subsequently heard a few cuts from Fear of the Dark and the Bailey era. Recently, I decided to revisit the catalog. This podcast has helped me tremendously on this journey as I explore and fall in love with the reunion albums for the first time. The track by track breakdown is fantastic! Great job!
