Good information but I really wish the podcaster would not have distracting noises behind her.
I find Stephanie Sarkis’ podcasts to be fascinating and relevant. As a person who has ADHD, I relish every opportunity to learn how the brain works and various techniques for monitoring and controlling my behavior.
