Okay well I have my new favourite podcast, both as someone who is athletic and as a psychotherapist. Fascinating conversations with a wide range of interesting interviewees. Adam asks profound questions and I have learned so much both about fitness and mind set. 5 stars.
Really like Adam’s podcast. He brings guests on from the industry that come from different struggles and successes. Adam keeps it really interesting and simple. So glad I came across this channel.
Adam has a clear approach to nutrition - workouts and mind set. I find his approach more of a way of life than - his theories apply to everyone - so good!!
Adam is an amazing coach and his episodes are filled with so much information to help people get and stay fit. A great listen always!!
