Excellent episode. Noonan cuts through the noise and focuses on what truly drives SMB growth: strategy alignment, disciplined execution, the right KPIs, and building a repeatable sales system.

For me, I have to develop a predictable revenue system with a sales playbook.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Inside the Healing Journey of Human Trafficking Survivors | Special Interview
Q: What is the one message you want to leave with the audience today?
Awareness and education are the first steps to prevention. Have conversations with kids about safety, recognize the signs of trafficking beyond the stereotype, and consider how you can support survivors—through volunteering, donations, mentoring, or offering services that help them develop life and work skills.
Inside the Healing Journey of Human Trafficking Survivors | Special Interview
Q: What keeps you grounded and hopeful in this work, especially on the hardest days?
Seeing survivors come through programs and reach milestones from housing to education and even family support keeps me hopeful. I wish I had access to such programs when I was first affected, and witnessing others move from rock bottom to new beginnings reinforces the impact of sustained, compassionate care.
Inside the Healing Journey of Human Trafficking Survivors | Special Interview
Q: How do you reach these survivors? How do you identify them?
We build strong community partnerships with residential programs, crisis centers, hospitals, and we work with the human trafficking task force to respond to survivors identified in sting operations. Survivors can also reach out directly after seeing information about programs, and we educate and train schools and counselors to recognize signs so they can refer people to our services.
Feeding Communities Through Innovation and Caption | Special Interview
Q: How does the system work on the ground and what makes it unique from traditional food banks?
The platform acts like a logistics hub for surplus food, connecting donors (grocery stores, restaurants) with recipients (shelters, food banks) via volunteers, delivering perishable items quickly within minutes to hours, and focusing on culturally relevant produce to improve accessibility.
Feeding Communities Through Innovation and Caption | Special Interview
Q: What inspired the creation of Eat Happy Now and what problem were you determined to solve?
The founders were moved by seeing both food insecurity in the community and food waste in affluent areas, which sparked the idea to connect surplus food with those who need it, using technology to make the process efficient and scalable.
