Takahito KAMIHIRA上平崇仁（デザイン研究者）が試験的にお送りするPodCastです。何かをデザインする際には、知識や技術だけでなく、ものごとにどう向き合うかの、"態度"の側面も重要です。しかし、態度とはいったい何なのか、分かるようでなかなかつかみどころがありません。そこで、デザインとは一見馴染みのない分野の方に話を聞き、なにかに対峙する際に通じる微かな線を見つけることによって、態度の観点を浮かび上がらせてみようとする試みです。

東京オリンピック2020の男子サッカー競技に出場したあるサッカー選手が、試合後のインタビューで「彼ら（スペイン）はサッカーをしているけれど、僕らは1対1をし続けているように感じる」という言葉を残しました。デザインのプロジェクトにおいても、目的にむけて個々の役割を超えて組織全体で取り組むことは重要なことですが、職務の壁を壊しつつ有機的に連携していくことは日本人の共通する弱点でもあるようです。個人のプレイヤーが個を超えたチームで戦うことについて、サッカー研究者に聞いてみました。 more
