參加者根據動機式訪談法(Motivational Interview, MI) 設計，而改變輪處於「維繫期」，此戒毒版「山藝證書課程」歷奇輔導策略：預防服吸內容，啟導參加者切身思考內在和大自然關係，引導戒毒者敘述自己要改變的實質事情。
活動分為兩天 ，第一天攻頂比喻戒毒成功，從活動中尋找助力，相似戒毒的步伐，從登頂經驗學習成功方法，運用於未來生活當中。

是次活動參加者在沒有預算的情況，模擬山野意外處理 ，教練表示帶領院舍學員，到露營地點附近進行夜行，參加者自行選擇帶領的裝備，在一處地方，平坦足夠安全狀況，停下來，然後說出我們已經嘗試尋找路線多於3小時，然後由他們說出只有等待，跟着參加者各自找一個角落，關頭燈，靜下來，坐在地上，進行黑夜獨處，大約半小時後，圍圈坐下來，然後互相分享⋯⋯
