Der Podcast ist sicher informativ. Aber es ist mir zu einseitig vor allem in Richtung der Bahn. Auf dem Festland haben wir die gleichen Probleme. Auch unsere Mitarbeitenden haben die gleichen Probleme pünktlich zur Arbeit zu kommen und von der Arbeit wieder nach Hause. Auch auf dem Festland müssen wir unseren Mitarbeitenden flexiblere Arbeitszeiten anzubieten. Also bitte nicht immer so tun, als wäre es nur ein Inselproblem.
