When my daughters were younger, they went to Gold Arrow Camp—one had a lot of anxiety and Audrey “Sunshine” got on the phone with me and talked me through everything. I come away from her episodes feeling uplifted and hopeful about the parenting challenges I'm facing on any given day. Audreys curiosity and care for young people is evident in all that she does.

This podcast is super easy to listen to, well edited with reasonable length podcasts. The topics and advice are relevant, accessible and realistically presented. Down to earth, friendly and encouraging.
