  • All Stu, with none of the Dave

As a former Stu Does fan, this show is going to be my new home for Stu content. Smart move by putting ‘Does America’ over on Dave’s channel because the content over there is more appropriate to his audience.

  • Canned ads 👎

I understand you turning this show into an infomercial for your new endeavor, as annoying as that is and as much as I don’t care about “prediction markets.”

    BUT…..

PLEASE make the canned ads, that blast in over the content, STOP!!!!!!

I have already stopped listening to several other podcasts because the canned ads have become so intrusive. Don’t be the next to go.

Stu’s HEROIC Market Position You Can’t Afford to Miss!
Q: What about insider trading in prediction markets—should campaign staffers be allowed to trade?
Kent argues that insider trading in this context is a nuanced issue: while insiders with privileged information related to campaigns can pose ethical concerns, a blanket ban may hinder the useful information prediction markets can reveal; he emphasizes that informed participants who understand the market dynamics can contribute valuable signals.
Stu’s HEROIC Market Position You Can’t Afford to Miss!
Q: Is the Trump administration turning on prediction markets or maintaining a cautious stance?
Stephen Kent explains that the administration has shown openness in some areas, with regulators like Michael Selig at the CFTC encouraging financial innovation, while there is still internal debate and varying signals, especially around the scope of meetings and what was represented to the public.

Yes, they provide price discovery, engage citizens in the democratic process, and help distinguish factual information from misinformation, benefiting society as a whole.
Predictable: Legends - PredictIt’s John Aristotle Phillips
Q: Insider trading. Should it be legal and is it a problem?
Position limits and identity verification make insider trading extremely difficult and risky within PredictIt; offshore sites without such safeguards present the real risk.
Predictable: Legends - PredictIt’s John Aristotle Phillips
Q: Prediction markets, are they gambling?
No, in the legal sense they are not gambling sites; they are financial markets and should be regulated as such.
