Look forward to each podcast. They just tell you what they are passionate and knowledgeable about. No selling. I remember their first English podcast where they said their English was not very good. Well your English is better than most people who speak it as a first language and so much better than my Swedish. Great podcast and app. Love it!!!!

  • Simple, deep, fun

I’m a physical therapist who has gotten into powerlifting. I just found these guys and they’re awesome. The explanations they give for any trainee are simple to follow. But they also clearly possess a nuanced grasp of the complex topics around biomechanics and research. Bonus points for a little good natured humor. A perfect mix.
