SK is my favourite author, but I’ve only made it halfway through the first episode and it’s ALL exposition for the listener’s benefit. Characters talking about things to other characters that they already know or should already know but they need to let the audience know and it’s done in a way that’s way too obvious. I hate obvious exposition. Won’t be able to listen to the rest. Acting is pretty lame too. Sorry.. this is a fail..

Will there be more?
Update this will be my fourth time listening it’s really hard finding great podcasts like this one
The actor's performances were very bland. The sound was like being in a tin can and the voices were bouncing off the side, it actually hurt my ears. There were so many commercials I bet it was twenty five percent of the podcast. Very disappointing.
Stephen King is amazing. There is a good story in here. But this podcast didn’t do it justice. I felt the acting was just super cheesy. Characters sounded too similar. The background foley work was horrendously jarring and loud. The time jumps forward and back were so confusing. And the unsatisfactory loose ends were annoying.
Just read the book or listen to the audiobook.
Just listen to it. Too many reviewers are just idiots posting spoilers. So annoying.
