Great podcast being able to listen to other parents and how they navigated their loss. Helps people along with their own journey and is a great reminder that it is ok to not be ok sometimes and you are not alone.
I was guided to this podcast after my own loss last year, the episodes although about a specific thing cover a wide array of experiences, topics and have been an additional support throughout a tough period.
The hosts, Matt, Dan and Ryan create an easy to listen to, informative and considerate podcast and I enjoy listening to their episodes.
This podcast I think is for everyone, unfortunately we all know someone or are going through loss ourselves.
