Great podcast being able to listen to other parents and how they navigated their loss. Helps people along with their own journey and is a great reminder that it is ok to not be ok sometimes and you are not alone.
I was guided to this podcast after my own loss last year, the episodes although about a specific thing cover a wide array of experiences, topics and have been an additional support throughout a tough period.
The hosts, Matt, Dan and Ryan create an easy to listen to, informative and considerate podcast and I enjoy listening to their episodes.
This podcast I think is for everyone, unfortunately we all know someone or are going through loss ourselves.
This has been very helpful myself and the wife after losing our boy joey
Very insightful to hear men talking about their stories in such a friendly environment
Great way to get men talking about their mental health after the devastating loss of a baby. There is banter and laughs along the way too.
