Very insightful to hear men talking about their stories in such a friendly environment
Great way to get men talking about their mental health after the devastating loss of a baby. There is banter and laughs along the way too.
Listening to the podcasts help give perspective and will help you to understand that you aren’t alone and how you are feeling is sadly normal. But there is light in dark places and to keep going.
This podcast has helped me massively since we lost our little girl last year. The perfect blend of compassion, knowledge, and humour (yes-you can still find humour here!). I would urge any bereaved parent-male or female- to listen, along with anyone who might not know how to support those going through the indescribable grief of baby loss.
The podcasts and the face 2 face services provided by these guys is invaluable. It’s hard for us men to find / have an outlet to release our true emotions, rage, sadness, happiness, grief, etc, or know there are people out there who will listen and understand what we are going through, whilst not being judgemental.
