    I learned so much from this podcast- I cannot wait for more episodes! Christine and Greg have amazing chemistry- you can tell they respect each other and genuinely like each other. I was new to the term “psychological safely”, but as a professional who sees one-on-one clients, and leads workshops, this was valuable insight. Your people must feel safe- FIRST. The “failure share” was key for me. A good reminder that no one is perfect, and we are all learning, all the time.
