  • First time listener

So interesting! Loved hearing Andrew interview AD of Expand the Canon, Emily Lyon. Sounds like a great project to introduce overlooked classics written by women. Move over Shakespeare! The ladies now have a voice and advocate through Expand the Canon!

  • USELESS episode descriptions

It’s impossible to tell if I want to listen to an episode (among the nonstop torrent of episodes that drop into my inbox—how does this show make SO many so fast?) because the episode descriptions are so infuriatingly vague and almost ALL use the same bland, tired adjectives to promote the shows. Whoever is writing these episode teasers needs to be replaced.

The project began when the show's writers Tim Gilvin and Alex Konefsky were connected through a Signal concert series in London; Dylan Schlossberg and Neil (the lead producers) then commissioned the piece, and COVID-era remote work and Zoom readings helped move it toward production.

Q: What does Industry Titans Seminar look like and who is it for?
It's a full-day event that combines a two‑hour session with me, focusing on industry insight and networking, followed by two hours with Robert Russell focusing on intensive acting technique; it's designed for graduating students, transitioning actors, and working actors who want to expand internationally and stay sharp.
