美味しくても記憶に残る料理というのは、決して多くないのではないでしょうか？ 長野県信濃町にある温石の料理は、私にとって、そのうちの数少ないひとつです。
それはなぜか。「素材の良さを生かすなら、料理人は必要ない」という考え方も確かにあるけれど、店主・須藤剛さんの場合は、「人間にもできることがある」と伝えているように感じるからです。
