I’ve found the series of podcasts very informative. The wake up - grow up - show up trilogy makes a lot of sense and brings clarity and structure. as well as the six principles of spirituality. I appreciate that James Bampfield is not posturing as a guru but speaks in a very genuine manner and stays away from new age BS (except for the Gafni episode).
