This podcast is absolutely incredible. I became obsessed in the first 15 minutes and listened to the first 11 episodes in less than 24 hours. It had me screeching and wailing while washing dishes at work, and that was even before the twist in episode five, which had me screaming WHAT THE F*** repeatedly in the cracker barrel parking lot at 11:30 pm while waiting for my roommate to get out of work. A bit outside my usual lane but I checked Spire out after someone suggested it on reddit and I’m so glad I did. Fun story with lots of moving parts and amazing sound design. It’s worth the ride just to hear the two primary actors switching back and forth between each other’s characters and accents. Don’t worry that you need to be a sci-if fan or whatever to enjoy this one, give it a listen and I think you’ll like it.
