This is such a gentle, thoughtful conversation about how meditation changes how we are in the world in so many subtle and not so subtle ways. Roz Barr makes no outrageous claims for her meditation practice, only that it has enabled her to access her deepest Self and become who she is.
How uplifting and encouraging to listen to two grounded people, Michael and Roz, talking about the effect meditation has on coping with all that life can throw at us. Life goes on, but meditation certainly makes the journey smoother, is the message that came across to me. Also terrific to learn more about the world of an architect and Roz’s impressive achievements.
