  • Liberating

Emily’s podcast really spoke to me. From the 1st episode I was gripped from multiple angles. As someone who has been struggling with suppressing my kink for most of my life, it was amazing to land here and feel not only accepted but also encouraged. There are people like me. I exist. We exist. She offers tools, like internal family systems to work with these feelings. Love it. Probably wouldn’t have had the courage to even post a public review of a sexy podcast if I hadn’t found her encouraging ... more

  • This was the most helpful explanation I have ever heard about a trap I have fallen into time and again trying to discuss this particular kink with my wife. I found this terribly insightful, if not too late to really fix my past screwups. I have done some IFS parts work myself with my therapist and I have been dancing around a real core wound very similar this man. I'm afraid this podcast was unexpectedly dangerous for me. The beginning shook me far harder than I could have anticipated.
