Welcome to So This is Love, a podcast about love, the loss of love, heartbreak and the meeting of self. We share stories on how the relationships we once had teach us about who we are and define who we become. And maybe through these stories, we can answer that age old question; is it better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all?

  • 1 st time listener

Hello, My first time listening to this podcast found you after watching Ronos TikTok video about Sophia’s episode. I love to support podcasts by women helping other women. Keep up the good work. My only feedback is listening to Sophia’s story there was no timeline. How long were they together before they moved in? How long did the relationship last? All questions I was left with.

  • Thank you!!

I’ve become obsessed with this podcast. Thank you for sharing such real authentic stories. Some have resonated with me, while others have been valuable learning opportunities to learn from other people’s experiences. I rarely leave reviews for podcasts, but this last episode with Matthew & Scarlett was incredibly vulnerable and truly struck a chord. These conversations are important and need to happen more. Thank you, Julia! Keep up the great work!! 🌸🌺 💐

Barrack & Zack - S4 | Bonus Episode *Special*!
Q: If your dad was listening to this podcast, what would you want him to know?
I think I love him to the extent that the biological version of someone is attached to someone else, but I don't really know the man anymore.
Natasha & James - S4 | E10
Q: In any shape or form, in any twisted kind of way, how do you think you contributed to this situation?
Natasha reflects on how she may have contributed by allowing herself to view James as a mirror of her father, finding comfort in the similarities, despite the growing abuse.
Luna & Nova - S4 | E8
Q: Have you sought some help for this?
I considered therapy. I also considered, I've thought about reporting the abuse. But I was like, she's my sister.
Luna & Nova - S4 | E8
Q: Was she always like this? Is she the only sister?
She's the oldest daughter, but not the first born, she's the second born. I have many sisters, I only have two brothers, so we are six. My other sisters are so nice, they're so nice.
Luna & Nova - S4 | E8
Q: Do you think your sister might be threatened by your potential to succeed in life and probably surpass her status financially?
I feel that way because she has once said that I will never be better than her.
